Are there accommodations for a disabled patron?

Parking

Disabled parking is located in all lots surrounding the arena. A disabled parking permit is required for admittance into the disabled parking areas. Please have proper identification showing to eliminate parking difficulties and long waiting.

Seating

Disabled seating is located throughout the arena. There are seats on the main concourse level as well as seats on the upper level. Any companions attending an event can sit with a disabled patron. For ticketed events, each seat must be purchased.

For most non- ticketed events, accessible seating is available on a first come first serve basis for guests with a disability. Due to limited capacity on the concourse level, patrons with disabilities may be asked to sit in the upper level Accessible Seating Areas once the concourse level ADA seating is filled. To the extent space permits, One (1) companion accompanying a person with a disability may use the Accessible Seating areas; however, no additional seats may be saved or reserved for additional family or companions to ensure enough accessible seating for individuals with disabilities.

Before purchasing tickets, please inform the box office of your need to sit in a disabled section. If you are injured after you have already purchased tickets, please contact the point of purchase so we can accommodate you to the best of our abilities.
