USF Men's Basketball

The University of South Florida Men’s Basketball team hit the ground running in 1971 and has played in the Sun Dome ever since. The Bulls have reached the NCAA Tournament on three occasions, in 1990, 1992 and most recently in 2012 when they advanced to the third round.

Under the guidance of Stan Heath, the 2012 Big East Coach of the Year, USF has returned to the national spotlight finishing tied for fourth in the Big East Conference in 2011-12 and tying a program record for wins in a season with 22, including a 14-2 record at home.
